Finally Atticus is getting a handle on what this birthday thing is all about. We've been hyping it up for weeks. The morning of the big day he woke up and said " I want my birthday". What he really wanted was the party to start.
He had a great day, playing outside with everyone and REALLY REALLY liked his cake. When his friend Beezy called to wish him a happy birthday, she asked him what he got. He said cake.

He is such a big boy now, and I can't wait to see what fun adventures this next year will bring.

Ah man, I missed out on the party!! It looks like he had a great time, what awesome gifts for such an awesome little kid! Loving the new big kid haircut as well.
I love that he asked for his cake.
