Three Ladies and a baby

Okay, maybe that baby is really a little boy.
Last weekend Atticus got to participate in a "girls weekend". Atticus, Alexa and I headed to Entiat to meet up with our friend Christy who lives in Leavenworth. It's been a long time since I have hung out with Christy, and since I have been to Entiat so, I was really looking forwards to it. Plus it is nice to just get away.
Despite the chilly weather, we had a great time. I got to show these two ladies what it is like to chase a toddler around all day long. Keeping in true Entiat fashion we spent most of time eating too much food, having a few drinks and talking non stop. Meeting up the Christy is always such a special treat because of where she works. She works at The Cheesemonger in Leavenworth. I am a sucker for some good gourmet cheese, and she always brings something yummy when she comes.
We manages to tear ourselves away long enough to make it into Chelan for a few hours. Colleen and the kids happened to be in Chelan that same weekend, and the kids all got to play at the park and chase ducks. It was great seeing the three of them running wild together.
I am sure Atti's favorite part of the weekend was throwing rocks and sticks in the water. That seems to be one of his favorite all time activites. He sure is 100% boy. Aunt Alexa even let him get super dirty.
I can't wait to get back to Entiat when the weather is nicer and really get to enjoy the water.

Boys gotta throw things! Can't wait until Ben is a bit bigger to really hang out with Atti - he needs some boy time!
