It was time again for the annual Cookie night in Marysville. I am not sure how many years we have officially been doing "Cookie Night", but we did come to the realization that Jess and Paula have been coming to my house and "entertaining" my parents for 19 years now. Wow! I am so lucky to still have these lovely ladies be a part of my life. We have a lot of fun hanging out up in Marysville, and harassing Dad and Carol. This year we really went all out with the volume of cookies and treats made. For the last few years, Carol has been making her cookies the day before, to limit the battle over the oven. Lets see if I can remember all that was made.
Gingerbread Molasses Cookies
Sugar Cookies
Lemon Bars
Oatmeal Everything Cookies
Cupcakes
Spritz Cookies
Almond Roca Bars
Fudge
2 kinds of mini loafs
White/Dark Chocolate Pistachio Bark
Chocolate Peppermint Stick
And one failed Toffee (I will perfect it before next year)
I think that might be it. We were all in a bit of a sugar coma after all that baking. I have to say that Cookie Night is one of my favorite holiday traditions, and I already can't wait for next year.
Yummy, syrup straight from the bottle

Yeah for holiday traditions! Love that kind of thing - Atti will grow up with those crazy ladies baking cookies with his mom!
Yummy! I really like Atticus take on baking...why spend all that time cooking when you can actually squeeze sugar-y goodness right out of a bottle!
